Neema Hotel, Al Wajh (“Neema Hotel”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Shaden Hospitality. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use neemahotel.sa, book a stay or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you hold under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Who we are

Neema Hotel is a 49-room hotel on the western coast of Al Wajh, Tabuk Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operated by Shaden Hospitality, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

2. The data we collect

  • Identity and contact details: name, phone number, email address, nationality, and the identification details we are required to record at check-in under Saudi hospitality regulations.
  • Reservation data: arrival and departure dates, room type, number of guests, rate, booking reference, special requests and stay preferences.
  • Payment data: handled by our booking and payment providers. Full card numbers are not stored on this website.
  • Correspondence: the messages you send us by email, through the contact form or on WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies. See our Cookies Policy.

3. Why we use it

  • To take, confirm and manage your reservation, and to provide the services you request during your stay.
  • To answer your enquiries and provide guest service.
  • To meet legal obligations, including guest registration, tax and accounting requirements in the Kingdom.
  • To keep this website secure and to improve how it performs.
  • To send you offers and hotel news, only where you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Our legal basis

We process personal data to perform the contract for your stay, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the hotel and this website, and on the basis of your consent where consent is required, such as for marketing messages.

5. Who we share it with

  • Our booking engine and distribution providers, who process reservations on our behalf.
  • Payment service providers.
  • The hotel management and property systems used to operate the hotel.
  • Government authorities, where disclosure is required by Saudi law.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of our service providers process data outside Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, the transfer is made in line with PDPL requirements and subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

We keep reservation and financial records for the period required by Saudi tax, accounting and hospitality regulations, and we keep other personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out above. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encrypted transmission, to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask to be informed of how your personal data is used, request access to it, request a copy in a readable format, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be destroyed, and withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.

To exercise a right, write to reservation@neemahotel.sa. We respond within the periods set by the PDPL. You may also raise a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

10. WhatsApp messages

If you message us on WhatsApp, or tick the consent box, you agree to receive reservation, service and authentication messages from Neema Hotel on WhatsApp. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or contact us and we will remove you.

11. Children

This website is not directed at children. Reservations are made by adults, and details of accompanying children are supplied by the booking adult and used only for the stay.

We may update this notice. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
